Material: High-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polyethylene high-density (PEHD) is a polyethylene thermoplastic made from petroleum. It is sometimes called “Poly” or “polythene” when used for pipes. With a high strength-to-density ratio, PE Pipe is used in the production of corrosion-resistant piping, geomembranes, and plastic lumber.

There are several types of system to joint HDPE pipe, electrofusion, butt fusion, socket fusion, flange joint and compression joint. Kinson can provide you a complete range of these fittings:
- Electrofusion fittings, 20-630mm, in SDR11 and 17.
- Butt fusion fittings, 20-1200mm, available in SDR 11, SDR13.6, SDR17, SDR21 for different ranges.
- Socket fusion fittings, 20-110mm, all in PN16.
- PP/PE compression fittings, 20-110mm for PN10 or PN16.
- Clamp saddle, 20-315mm
- Steel flange and stub end(flange adaptor), 20-1200mm.
- PE/Steel transition fittings which can connect the steel pipe and PE pipe with male/female thread or butt welded.
Our HDPE pipe are made in 100% virgin material from local or imported, we can manufacture HDPE pipe according with ISO 4427, EN12201, AS4130 etc. Also our Poly pipes are ISO 4427, EN12201, AS4130, ASTMF714 and CE certificated.
